Delivery Times
We deliver goods to all destinations within
the mainland UK. Where the order value exceeds £ 20 delivery is FREE, for orders under £ 20, a £ 6 charge
will be added for postage and packing. For European and other destinations please contact us for a quote. We
usually despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt on an overnight courier service. This means you should receive
your order within 3 working days of ordering. However, as a safety margin we do ask that you allow 5 working days for
delivery. In the unlikely event that delivery may exceed the 5 working days we will notify of the anticipated despatch
date. Please be aware that packages will not be left at the delivery address without a signature on behalf of the
recipient. If someone is not present at the time of attempting delivery, the courier will leave a contact card. If the goods
are not delivered within the timescale set out above, please contact us by telephone or e-mail. We cannot be held liable for
any loss caused by late delivery on the part of the couriers.
Returns and Refunds (Your right
to cancel)
Under the Distance Selling Regulations the customer is given the right to
return unwanted goods. this "cooling-off" period gives you 7 working days in which to cancel your order without
giving a reason. the period starts from the day that goods are received. During this time you are only required to cancel
the order and are not obliged to return the goods within the 7 working days. If you wish to cancel an order within
the 7 day cooling-off period, you may do so provided the goods are in a re-saleable condition. This means unused and complete
with original packaging. To exercise this right please contact us by any of the methods displayed on the website. We will
need confirmation in writing, as well as your name, address and invoice number. Please ensure that when returning
goods you use a reputable delivery company that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please
also ensure that they are packed with sufficient care to ensure damage does not occur in transit. We will not be responsible
for such damage and would suggest you take out insurance with your courier. If you would like any advice on this please
contact us. When exercising the right to cancel, goods are to be returned at the customer's cost. However, refunds
are not dependent on the goods being returned. If goods are not returned to us after a customer has exercised the right to
cancel, we require that they be made available for collection. The direct cost of collection will be deducted from the credit.
We will credit your credit / debit card for the full amount of the goods (excluding the initial delivery costs at minimum
charge of £8 depending on weight of the item or items ordered and collection costs (where applicable) within 30
days of your cancellation.
Faulty Goods and Warranty Issues
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you believe you have received faulty goods. Faults occuring
after the 7-day period are still covered by the Sales of Goods Act (1979) and also by the individual manufacturer's warranties
that come with our products. Please call in advance before returning suspected faulty items as it may be possible to rectify problems
over the telephone. If this is not possible, we will pay for the goods to be returned to our premises and forwarded to you
after replacement/repair. If goods returned during this period are found not to be faulty, payment will be required for our
collection and subsequent delivery costs before they can be returned.. After 30 days has elapsed from receipt of an order,
suspected faulty goods are to be returned at the customer's expense. We will assess returned goods and either replace
or repair them at no cost providing they are within thewarranty period specified by the manufacturer. If a fault is not covered
under warranty and is deemed to have occured due to misuse or expected wear and tear you will be notified, given the reason
why, the cost of repair/replacement and return delivery. When payment is received the goods will be repaired/replaced and
returned. We aim to complete these procedures within 10 days. Please note that with many products we do not deal directly with warranties and repairs
and will pass your details to, or ask you to contact, the company that does. Repairs and replacements will be subject to that
company's Terms and Conditions. However, first point of contact should any problem arise is with us. We cannot be held responsible
for the manufacturer's warranties of a product, manufacturer of that product ceases trading, goes into liquidation or
is declared bankrupt or we should cease supplying the product.
