We proudly present, probably the biggest hammock in the world!

Yes, the Brazilians have amazed themselves! They have processed about 6000 cotton threads to make 6 m2 (!!!) of extra tightly woven hammock material.

So that this giant lounging surface can be spread out as optimally as possible, they use over 30m of especially thick chords, and so Gigante was born - ideal for several people to comfortably lie in - HUGE!

Every hammock is packed in an attractive and practical carrier sack made from the same material as the hammock.

You can see and feel at once what is inside.

The Gigante hammock can be suspended from any two fixed points such as two trees, a building and a tree etc.

With the Gigante hammock, we do not recommend a stand, as this particular hammock is far too long for any of the models available.

Alternatively you can suspend the hammock between two fixed points, we would recommend you buy 2 of our adjustable weatherproof SmartRopes with attached snap hooks.

If you require one end of the hammock to be connected to a building you will require an Easy-Plus fitting, which is a wall mounted bracket with a snap hook attached, supplied with screws and rawlplugs.

If the hammock is left outside you may wish to consider a weatherproof hammock sock which is simply slipped over the hammock, although we do not recomend leaving a hammock out all year round, as it may get damp. The sock is blue. All the options can be selected in the options section below.
