Hammocks can be suspended from a stand or any two
fixed points such as two trees, a building and a tree or one fixed point and a specially designed movable fixed point which
we call the Madera stand (as illustrated above).
With this Lambada model we recommend either the
Madera, Apollo, Sumo, or Vario-Gala stand (as shown above) although any of the stands shown in the
stands section of our web site can be used with this hammock. To select the stand of your choice click in the options
section below or for further details of our other stands click on the following link hammock stands
Alternatively to suspend the hammock between two fixed
points we would recommend you buy 2 of our adjustable weatherproof SmartRopes with snap hooks.
If you require one end of the hammock to be connected
to a building you will require an Easy-Plus fitting which is a wall mounted bracket with a snap hook supplied with screws
and rawlplugs.
If you have just one fixed point, we recommend you select
the Madera frame and one adjustable weatherproof SmartRope with snap hook. The Madera is securely anchored in the lawn with
the special earth bolt, an adjustable rope ensures the correct lying position. The weatherproof hardwood frame becomes the
new tree in your garden.
If the hammock is left outside, you may wish to
consider a weatherproof hammock sock which is simply slipped over the hammock, although we do not recommend the hammock is
left outside all year round, as it may become damp. The sock is blue. All the options can be selected in the options section
below.
